Hello Vegas uses your email address and planning answers to prepare, deliver and save your trip. An account lets you edit plans and collaborate with people you invite.

Email choices

Requesting a plan sends that plan by email. When you provide dates, the trip service includes one check-in three days before arrival and one two days after departure. Group alerts are optional. Every trip email links to your preferences. Newsletter signup is separate; it is never required to get a plan or use an account.

What we keep

We store your email, optional name, trip answers, itinerary, checklist, group suggestions, notification choices and any feedback you send. We keep saved trips until you delete them or ask us to remove them. If a mail provider reports that an address does not exist, we keep that address on a delivery block list to avoid repeated attempts, including after account deletion. Contact us if the address becomes usable again. You can export your owned trip information from account settings or contact us about access or deletion.

Sharing

A shared invitation link reveals the trip schedule to anyone who has it. People who join can see group notes and checklist details. Keep booking confirmation numbers and other sensitive details out of shared notes. The organizer can see each companion’s name and email to manage the group. Companions can leave a trip from its group controls. The organizer controls membership and can disable or replace the invitation link.

Service providers

The service is hosted on our VPS and uses Titan to deliver email. When you choose a social sign-in provider, that provider handles its sign-in process and shares the account information you authorize. We don’t receive your social-account password or fingerprint.

Cookies and security

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect form submissions. This trip service does not load advertising trackers. Access links should be kept private. Operational backups may retain deleted information temporarily; they are used for recovery rather than marketing.
